● Reliable seat seal 
The Three Piece Forged Trunnion Ball Valve produced by CEPAI adopts an elastic seal ring structure design. When the medium pressure is low, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere is small, and a larger specific pressure is formed in the contact between the sealing ring and the sphere to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere increases with the elastic deformation of the sealing ring, so the sealing ring can withstand a large medium thrust without being damaged.

● Sealing grease emergency injection device 
The Three Piece Forged Trunnion Ball Valve produced by CEPAI can be equipped with a sealing grease emergency injection device. For fixed ball valves (pipeline ball valves) above DN150 (NPS6), a sealing grease injection device is installed on the stem and the valve. When the seat sealing ring or the valve stem O-ring is damaged due to an accident , the sealing grease can be injected through the sealing grease injection device to prevent the leakage of the medium through the seat sealing ring and the valve stem.

● Double-block and bleed 
Three Piece Forged Trunnion Ball Valve produced by CEPAI is designed with ball front seat sealing structure. The two valve seats of fixed ball valve (pipeline ball valve) can independently cut off the medium at the inlet and outlet ends to achieve the double blocking function. When the ball valve is closed, the inlet and outlet ends of the valve are under pressure at the same time, and the valve chamber and two end channels of the valve can also be blocked each other the remaining medium in the chamber can be removed through the bleed valve.

● Fire Safe Design Per API607 & API 6FA

● Blowout-Proof Stem Design 
The Three Piece Forged Trunnion Ball Valve produced by CEPAI has an anti-blow-out structure for the valve stem, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even under extreme conditions such as abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber and failure of the packing pressure plate. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structural design with an back seal. The sealing force of the back seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure, so it can ensure the reliable seal of the stem under various pressures. 

● Anti-Static Design 
The Three Piece Forged Trunnion Ball Valve produced by CEPAI can be equipped with an anti-static structure. A spring plug type electrostatic extraction device is used to directly form an electrostatic passage between the ball and the valve body (for ball valves with DN ≤ 25) or through the valve stem to form an electrostatic passage between the ball and the valve body (for ball valves with DN ≥ 32) ). Therefore, static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the valve seat can be led to the ground through the valve body to prevent possible fire or explosion hazards caused by static sparks.

● Automatic pressure relief of valve cavity
Three Piece Forged Trunnion Ball Valve produced by CEPAI can automatically relieve pressure by driving the valve seat by its own force when the liquid medium trapped in the chamber of the valve vaporizes due to the increase of temperature, resulting in abnormal pressure rise in the chamber, so as to ensure the safety of the valve.
