“Cast Gate Valve produced by CEPAI is made of forged steel, and the sealing surface of valve seat can be overlaid with cemented carbide according to client requirements.For Cast Gate Valve ≤10″”, separate threaded valve seat or welded valve seat can be used, and Cast Gate Valve ≥12″”can only use welded valve seat structure.
When the housing material of the valve is stainless steel, Cast Gate Valve generally adopts the integral or hardalloy surfacing on the body before directly processing the seat. If required by users, the stainless steel Cast Gate Valve seat can also be a separate threaded seat or a welded seat.” 
● Body and Bonnet connection & Gasket 
Cast Gate Valve produced by CEPAI adopts bolted bonnet structure and composite gasket and wound gasket structure when pressure Class150 ~ Class900.For pressure Class1500 ~ Class2500,the pressure self-sealing bonnet structure is adopted, and the metal ring gasket structure is used for the gasket. 
● Flexible Wedge & Fully Guided 
“The wedge disc design of Cast Gate Valve produced by CEPAI is Flexible wedge structure. When the valve is closed, the two sealing surfaces of the wedge disc are squeezed by the force of the actuator, which can better fit the sealing surface of the valve seat and achieve the sealing effect.

The Cast Gate Valve produced by CEPAI has a Fully Guided structure on the valve body, which can ensure that the wedge does not deviate from the center line during the switching process and providing better sealing.” 
● Backseat Design 
Cast Gate Valve produced by CEPAI is designed with back sealing structure.Under normal circumstances, when the valve is in the full open position, the back sealing surface can provide a reliable sealing effect, so as to achieve the replacement of stem packing in line. 
● Forged T-Head Stem 
Cast Gate Valve produced by CEPAI, the valve stem is made of an integral forging process, and the valve stem and disc are connected by a T-shaped structure. The strength of the stem joint surface is greater than the strength of the T-threaded part of the stem, which meet the requirement of strength test. 
● Optional locking device
