Liang Guihua said that the FMS production line of Cepai integrates six high-end processing centers, while integrating 159 machine pallets and 118 material pallets, the length of the entire production line is 99 meters, and equipped with an ultra-fast speed of 210 meters per minute efficient stacker. The traditional production mode of one machine and one person used in the past not only relies on the level of technical personnel to a high degree, but also wastes time caused by frequent tool change, clamping, machine shutdown, etc., which greatly affects the equipment utilization rate and production efficiency. The automatic transmission function of the flexible production system, especially the automatic scheduling function of Fastems MMS7 production management software, can realize the automatic transmission of materials, tools, fixtures, as well as the automatic allocation of orders and production factors, real-time dynamic adjustment, greatly improving the equipment utilization rate and production efficiency.
