Description:
CEPAI designs API-6A Hydraulic Gate valve to be wellhead valves, it is applicable for oil and gas wellhead. It is designed, manufactured and tested as per API Spec. 6A. The valve open and close is controlled by hydraulic piston, which can be safer and quicker, valve stem packing and seat are elastic energy storage sealing structure, which has good seal performance, and valve with balance tail rod, lower valve torque and indication function, moreover, double acting actuator requires hydraulic power to open and close, which can provide positive control during working. The HYD gate valves are often used in oil and gas industry. Note: Hydraulic actuator: 3000psi working pressure and 1/2” NPT connection
Design Specification:
Standard Hydraulic gate valves are in accordance with API 6A 21th latest Edition, and use the right materials for H2S service according to NACE MR0175 standard.
