“The valve seat of Cast Swing Check Valve produced by CEPAI is made of forged steel, and the sealing surface of valve seat can be overlaid with cemented carbide according to client requirements.
When cast swing check valve ≤10 “”, separate threaded valve seat or welded valve seat can be used, and for cast swing check valve ≥12″”, only welded seat structure can be used.
When the shell material of the Valve is stainless steel, Cast Swing Check Valve generally adopts the integral or hardalloy surfacing on the body to directly process the seat. If required by users, the stainless steel cast swing check valve seat can also be used with separate threaded seat or welded seat.”

Cast Swing Check Valve produced by CEPAI adopts bolted bonnet structure and composite gasket and wound gasket structure when pressure Class150 ~ Class900.For pressure Class1500 ~ Class2500,the pressure self-sealing bonnet structure is adopted, and the metal ring gasket structure is used for the gasket.
