Description:
CEPAI’s BSO(Ball Screw Operator) gate valves are available on the size of 4-1/16”, 5-1/8” and 7-1/16”, and pressure range from 10,000psi to 15,000psi.
The ball screw structure eliminates the amplification of gear structure, and it can be operated with one third of torque compared to normal valve under required pressure, which can be safer and quicker. Valve stem packing and seat are elastic energy storage sealing structure, which has good seal performance, valve with balance tail rod, lower valve torque and indication function, and the stem structure is of pressure balanced, and equipped with switch indicator, CEPAI’s ball screw operator gate valves are suitable for large-diameter high-pressure valve

Standard BSO(Ball Screw Operator) gate valves are in accordance with API 6A 21th latest Edition, and use the right materials for different operating condition according to NACE MR0175 standard.

Ball Screw Operator (BSO) Gate Valve, it can be called frac valve. BSO Operator gate valves are high-pressure isolation valves and be installed on the top of wellbore, they are the main parts of a Christmas Tree, these frac valves are very useful for fracturing operation, they can isolate the fluid away from the well. Moreover, the frac valves can come into multiple staged fracs under the toughest conditions. End connections of BSO/Frac gate valves can be flanged and studded, at the same, valves can be operated with actuators, which are more convenient for operators to open. In all, Frac/BSO valves are di-directional design which are more flexible to control the flow direction of hydrocarbon stream.
